This year has started with excellent news, the .gt Domain Registry, of the University of the Valley of Guatemala (UVG), made a bid to host the LACTLD 2019 Commercial and Technical Workshops. The Board of said association has announced that the workshops will take place from September 10th to 12th at the UVG central campus. The objective of these workshops is to discuss and share experiences that allow the promotion and development of domain names in the region.
LACTLD seeks to strengthen the skills and competencies of its members. In addition, this association participates in the development and management of regional and global instances related to the governance of names on the Internet.
